Born In Abu Dhabi I left school and went into further Education and achieved a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at Delta University in Egypt .
From an early age I had a passion for Good Customer Service and Operations and worked for many of the large Malls in Dubai. Born and bred in and The Middle East, good customer service was always a part of my DNA. I achieved many commendations for going above and beyond in customer service by the organisations that I worked for.
I got the opportunity to work for Emirates Ground Operations at Dubai International Airport and once again the Customer Experience was the forefront of my achievements. With flight deadlines it was pleasantly challenging to resolve issues with customers whilst thinking on my feet. The operational aspect of processing a flight was fast paced and had to be accurate.
Years later I moved to the UK and worked in the Hospitality business in the Tourist town where I live. Once again my passion for delivering to the customer was always at the forefront of my day-to-day tasks. Customers are more demanding after COVID and I have to work harder to give customer satisfaction which I really enjoy.
Having researched the ROOMS® Franchise and meeting Gary and Iain, I was taken back by their openness and transparency and I am extremely motivated to begin this new venture. I have always had a keen interest in property and property Interior design and I have always wanted to start my own business and ROOMS® is the perfect opportunity. It is my intention to continue delivering great customer experiences to the tenants and ensure they have good quality accommodation that they can call home.
In my spare time I like baking, I am a community volunteer ,Music ,Gin! And travelling and have travelled extensively and my favorite place is Japan.
I am a good Cook and specialise in Middle Eastern cuisine as well as baking. I am extremely hospitable and traditionally like welcoming people to my home.
I will pay off the remainder of the house mortgage. I would also help those close to me such as my UK Adopted mother and buy her a brand-new car . I would help family and friends establish a small business so they support their families more in their home country instead of working overseas.
I would also splash out a little and buy a flat in Dubai and Miami to escape the winter in the UK and then rent them out as serviced accommodation when i am not living in them.
I would invest wisely so that I have a regular income.
Physical health and mental health are extremely important and you should listen to your body In order to achieve the right balance. I like freedom so that i can control my time and when I am working I am serious in order to be successful and to get the tasks done and likewise when i need to relax i walk, read and listen to music.
