Fareham Borough Council has approved the fourth phase of the of £128m Rivercross development, which will comprise a total of 352 energy-efficient homes. The development is situated at the mouth of the River Hamble with play areas and other amenities close by.
Meanwhile in the New Forest, developers have unveiled proposals to build 90 eco-friendly flats and houses on undeveloped land in the New Forest. The scheme is the first site where all the properties will be built to the top eco-classification – EPC-A, and each will be equipped with an air source heat pump, an electric vehicle charging point, and solar PV panels.
Of course this investment in property is generating even more jobs and again increasing demand for accommodation.
